Senior peer counseling
If you are over fifty-five and looking for a volunteer position, you can help other seniors with issues of sadness, stress, and self-esteem by becoming a volunteer with the Sandoval Senior Connection. You can learn new skills, make new friends, and give back to the community. You can become a caring, sensitive, and respectful listener.
