• Monday: Aquatics in Rio Rancho 9:10-11:45 a.m., yoga 10:15 a.m., duplicate bridge 1:00-4:30 p.m.

• Tuesday: Painting class 9:30-11:30 a.m., walking 1:00-1:20 p.m.

• Wednesday: Chair exercises 9:30 a.m., Project Linus blanket making 10:00 a.m., cards 1:00 p.m., duplicate bridge 1:00-4:30 p.m.

• Thursday: Yoga 9:30-11 a.m., walking 1:00-1:20 p.m.

• Friday: Aquatics in Rio Rancho 9:30-11:45 a.m., New class: belly dancing: strength building to help with posture, balance, strength, coordination, flexibility and core building 10:30-11:30 a.m.

• April 2: Salisbury steak, sliced carrots, macaroni and cheese, garden salad with dressing, garlic bread, grapes

• April 3: Baked chicken thighs, mashed potatoes with gravy, winter blend vegetables, spinach salad with dressing, biscuit with margarine, fruit with Jell-O

• April 4: Baked pork chop, brown rice, French cut green beans, tossed salad with dressing, whole wheat roll with margarine, pineapple

• April 5: Vegetable lasagna, Italian vegetables, Caesar salad with dressing, garlic bread, banana

• April 6: Lemon pepper tilapia, rice pilaf, coleslaw, broccoli, whole heat roll with margarine, Mandarin oranges

• April 9: Baked ham, sweet potato, island vegetables, spinach salad with dressing, whole wheat roll with margarine, tropical fruit

• April 10: Beef taco with salsa, pinto beans, fajita vegetables, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, applesauce

• April 11: Orange chicken salad, carrot and celery sticks, lettuce, tomato slice, crackers, mixed fruit, cookie

• April 18: All centers closed except Rio Rancho/Meadowlark. Turkey and cheese sandwich, coleslaw, lettuce, tomato slice, orange

• April 19: Red chili cheese enchiladas, zucchini, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, salsa, diced pears

• April 20: Hot turkey sandwich, mashed potatoes with gravy, Capri vegetables, garden salad with dressing, strawberries and bananas

• April 23: Chicken strips with honey mustard sauce, potato wedges, broccoli, tossed salad with dressing, whole wheat roll with margarine, watermelon

• April 24: Frito pie, pinto beans, Capri vegetables, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, applesauce

• April 25: Turkey tetrazzini, fettuccini noodles, mixed vegetables, tossed salad with dressing, garlic toast, fruit with Jell-O

• April 26: Beef stew, veggies in stew, garden salad with dressing, corn bread with margarine, crushed pineapple

• April 27: Green chile chicken enchiladas, pinto beans, fajita vegetables, shredded lettuce and tomatoes, cookie, diced pears

• April 30: Carnitas, pinto beans/tortilla, zucchini, tossed salad with dressing, strawberries, chocolate cake

Milk served with every meal. Canned fruit packed in water or light syrup.
