April 1: Swiss steak, rice, island vegetables, tossed salad with dressing, whole wheat roll with margarine, diced peaches

April 2: Green chile chicken enchiladas, corn, zucchini with onions, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, Jell-O with fruit

April 3: Beef goulash with noodles, carrot coins, garden salad with dressing, cornbread with margarine, cookie, orange

April 4: Chicken stir fry, brown rice, peas and carrots, lettuce and tomato salad with dressing, whole wheat roll with margarine, strawberries and bananas

April 5: Green chile cheeseburger, green beans, lettuce leaf, tomato slice, sliced onion and pickles, crushed pineapple

April 8: Bean and cheese burrito with green chili, corn, zucchini, spinach salad with dressing, flour tortilla, applesauce

April 9: BBQ chicken thighs, brown rice, Caribbean vegetables, garden salad with dressing, biscuit with margarine, diced pears

April 10: Hot turkey sandwich, mashed potatoes, Monte Carlo vegetables, tossed salad with dressing, sandwich bread, mixed fruit

April 11: Chicken salad, carrot and raisin salad, lettuce leaf and tomato wedge, crackers, cookie, orange

April 24: All centers closed except Rio Rancho/Meadowlark: Turkey and cheese sandwich, coleslaw, lettuce, tomato slice, orange
