  • Monday: Aquatics 8 a.m., yoga 9:45 a.m., duplicate bridge 1-4:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday: Painting class 9:30-11:30 a.m., enhanced fitness 1-2 p.m.
  • Wednesday: Project Linus blanket making 10 a.m., cards 1 p.m. Tai Chi 3:30 p.m.
  • Thursday: St. Felix Pantry 9 a.m., yoga 9:30-11 a.m., beading class 1-4:30 p.m., enhanced fitness 1-2 p.m.
  • Friday: Aquatics 8 a.m., having fun with clay 9:30 a.m., enhanced fitness 1-2 p.m.

August 4: Hair cuts by appointment only

August 6: Shopping to Savors and goodwill 9 a.m. in Rio Rancho

August 8: Chinese herbalist min treatments 10 a.m.-12 p.m., community health fair at St. Heath Commons 12:30-3 p.m.

August 13: Project Linus Field trip to Santa Fe – Yarn & Coffee, breakfast at Weck’s. 9:00 a.m.-4 p.m.

August 15: Card making class 12:45 p.m.

August 29: Healthy aging with Adele 12:15 p.m., bridge 1 p.m.

August 20: Conference on aging

August 21: Health checks 11 a.m.

August 22: Mystery trip 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

August 1: Turkey sandwich, pasta salad, coleslaw, lettuce leaf and tomato slice, orange, cookie

August 4: Salisbury steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, garden salad with dressing, whole wheat roll with margarine, tropical fruit salad

August 5: Green chili chicken enchiladas, pinto beans, green beans, shredded lettuce with tomato, fresh grapes

August 6: Sloppy Joe sandwich, steak fries, mixed veggies, mixed greens salad with dressing, peach cobbler

August 7: Chili cheese dog, tater tots, peas and carrots, coleslaw, pears

August 8: Mediterranean chicken, brown rice pilaf, zucchini and onions, cucumber and tomato salad with garbanzo beans and pita bread, fruit cocktail

August 11: Chicken fried steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, steamed mixed vegetables, garden salad with dressing, biscuit with margarine, fresh melon

August 12: Baked ham, sweet potatoes, island vegetables, spring mix salad with dressing whole wheat roll with margarine, sliced pineapple

August 13: Chicken stir fry, steamed brown rice, oriental vegetables, garden salad with dressing, whole wheat roll with margarine, sliced peaches

August 14: Red chili bean and cheese burrito, chuckwagon corn, shredded lettuce and tomato, apricots, cookie

August 15: Lemon pepper tilapia, brown rice, French cut green beans, mixed greens salad with dressing, whole wheat roll with margarine, banana

August 18: Chicken breast strips with honey mustard, tater tots, steamed broccoli, coleslaw, baked apple slices

August 19: Baked chicken breast, baked potato, cauliflower with cheese sauce, tossed salad with dressing, whole wheat roll with margarine, fruit with Jell-O

August 20: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy, broccoli, mixed greens salad with dressing, soda bread with margarine, orange

August 21: Chicken cacciatore with pasta, Sicilian veggies, Caesar salad with dressing, garlic toast, mixed fruit

August 22: Frito pie, Spanish rice, zucchini and onions, shredded lettuce and tomato, banana

August 25: Pepper steak, scalloped potatoes, steamed carrots, whole wheat roll with margarine, cantaloupe

August 26: Creole pork chop, steamed brown rice, Brussels sprouts, mixed greens salad with dressing, biscuit with margarine, applesauce

August 27: Green chili cheeseburger, potato wedges, French cut green beans, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, watermelon

August 28: Vegetarian lasagna with spinach and Alfredo sauce, Italian vegetables, Caesar salad with dressing, garlic toast, fruit cocktail

August 29: Egg salad sandwich, carrot salad, lettuce leaf and tomato slice, pears, tapioca pudding

• 2% milk served with each meal. Canned fruit in light syrup. Menu subject to change.

• This menu applies to all Sandoval County senior centers, except Meadowlark Senior Center in Rio Rancho.
