The Sandoval Signpost is an independent, local newspaper serving Placitas, Bernalillo, Algodones, Rio Rancho, Santa Ana Pueblo, and Sandia Pueblo, New Mexico.

Ad Production: All camera-ready advertising artwork must be black-and-white, RGB, or CMYK and conform to one of the sizes offered on the rate sheet. Halftones should be set at 200 dpi and lightened for a 20% dot gain; line art should be between 300 and 600 dpi. Ads may be e-mailed as PDF (press quality), JPG, or TIF files. If needed, simple graphic design services may be retained through our office for $50/hour. This rate does not apply for complex design, illustration, or logo creation.

Terms of Payment: New and out-of-state accounts must provide 100% or payment in advance of publication. Established account payments are due by the fifteenth day of the issue month. Nonprofit organizations receive a 10% discount. Please call our office at 505-867-3810 for ad payment.

Circulation—5,600 free copies of the Signpost are distributed monthly: Over 2,500 of these are mailed directly to every address in Placitas; the remainder are available for pickup at selected restaurants, stores, libraries, and government agencies. Subscriptions are also mailed monthly.

Schedule/Deadline—The Signpost is published monthly and distributed by the first day of each month. Space reservation is required by the twentieth day of the preceding month. If the twentieth falls on a weekend, the reservation deadline is the preceding Friday.
