January 4: Chicken and rice, broccoli, tossed salad with dressing, biscuit with margarine, fruit cocktail

January 5: Baked fish, parsley potatoes, green beans, coleslaw, whole wheat roll with margarine, baked apple slices

January 6: Red chile enchiladas, corn, zucchini, tossed salad with dressing, fruit with Jell-O

January 7: Baked ham, scalloped potatoes, Brussels sprouts, carrot raisin salad, whole wheat roll with margarine, apple

January 8: Turkey sandwich with cheese, vegetable soup, lettuce and tomatoes, apricots

January 11: Hard shell beef taco, lettuce/tomato/onion, pinto beans, carrot coins, salsa, peaches

January 12: BBQ chicken thighs, potato wedges with catsup, cauliflower, coleslaw, whole wheat roll with margarine, fresh pear

January 13: Green chile hamburger, lettuce and tomato, Monte Carlo vegetables, cookie, fruit with Jell-O

January 14: Ham and cheese sandwich, tomato soup, lettuce and tomato, diced pears, cookie

January 15: Meatloaf with gravy, scalloped potatoes, spinach salad with dressing, Capri vegetables, whole wheat roll with margarine, tropical fruit salad

January 18: Centers closed in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.

January 19: Frito pie with cheese, pinto beans, broccoli, lettuce and tomatoes, Fritos, orange

January 20: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, tossed salad with dressing, biscuit with margarine, strawberries and bananas

January 21: Lasagna, Italian vegetables, Caesar salad with dressing, garlic toast, fruit with Jell-O

January 23: Chicken pot pie, diced potatoes (in pie), diced carrots (in pie), garden salad with dressing, fresh pear, cookie

January 25: Beef stroganoff, steamed carrots, tossed salad with dressing, whole wheat roll with margarine, peaches

January 26: Green chile chicken enchiladas, pinto beans, spinach salad with dressing, zucchini, pineapple

January 27: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, cauliflower, garden salad with dressing, whole wheat roll with margarine, banana

January 28: Turkey tetrazzini, Capri vegetables, Caesar salad with dressing, whole wheat roll with margarine, apple slices

January 29: Chicken strips with honey mustard, potato wedges with catsup, Chateau vegetables, tossed salad with dressing, whole wheat roll with margarine, mixed fruit

All meals served with milk and a canned fruit snack packed in water or light syrup.
