  • Wednesday: Project Linus Blanket Making 10am, Cards 1 p.m
  • Thursday: Yoga 9:30-11 a.m., Beading Class 1-4:30 p.m., Zumba fitness 3 p.m.

January 4: Turkey tetrazzini, spaghetti noodles, Capri vegetables, Caesar salad with dressing, whole wheat roll with margarine, apple slices

January 5: Hard shell beef taco, lettuce, tomato, onion, pinto beans, zucchini, salsa, diced peaches

January 6: Chicken strips with honey mustard, potato wedges with catsup, Chateau vegetables, tossed salad with dressing, whole wheat roll with margarine, banana

January 9: Chicken fettuccini, fettuccini noodles, broccoli, Caesar salad with dressing, garlic toast, fruit cocktail

January 10: Baked fish, seasoned rice, French-cut green beans, coleslaw, whole wheat roll with margarine, baked apple slices

January 11: Red chile beef enchilada, corn, zucchini, mixed tossed salad with dressing, diced pears

January 12: Vegetable lasagna Italian, vegetables, Caesar salad with dressing, fruit with Jell-O, diced pears

January 17: Baked chicken thighs, chuck wagon vegetables, coleslaw, whole wheat roll with margarine, orange

January 18: Carne adovada, pinto beans, zucchini with onions, garden salad with dressing, tortilla, tropical fruit       

January 19: Three cheese pizza, Italian vegetables, Caesar salad with dressing, banana, cookie

January 20: Meat loaf with gravy, scalloped potatoes, spinach salad with dressing, Capri vegetables, whole wheat roll with margarine, grapes

January 23: Chicken fried steak with gravy, rice pilaf, Capri blend vegetables, tossed salad with dressing, biscuit with margarine, strawberries and bananas

January 24: Barbequed chicken sandwich on a bun, broccoli, pickles and onions, tossed salad with dressing, Mandarin oranges

January 25: Baked ham, sweet potatoes, brussel sprouts, carrot and raisin salad, whole wheat roll with margarine, apricot halves

January 26: Green chile hamburger, lettuce and tomato, coleslaw, cookie, apple

January 27: Green chile chicken enchilada, corn, spinach salad with dressing, zucchini, pineapple

January 30: Baked pork chop, stuffing with gravy, California blend vegetables, garden salad with dressing, whole wheat roll with margarine, diced pears

January 31: Beef stroganoff with beef tips, noodles, steamed carrots, tossed salad with dressing, whole wheat roll with margarine, peaches

• All meals served with milk. Canned fruit packed in water or light syrup.
