Graduates celebrate!

Two former Placitas Elementary School students celebrated their graduation from the University of New Mexico together with their friends and family at the Range Cafe on December 17.

 (Left) Molly Stearns graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a Minor in Psychology. She plans to move to Colorado to attend graduate school.

(Right) Emily Ann Riordan graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with Minors in Social Studies and TESOL. She was recently hired to teach first grade at Kirkland Elementary School in Albuquerque.
