  • Tuesday: Painting class 9:30-11:30 a.m., knitting group 10 a.m., enhanced fitness 1-2 p.m., bridge lessons 2:30-4:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday: Project Linus blanket making 10 a.m., cards 1 p.m.
  • Thursday: Yoga 9:30-11 a.m., beading class 1-4:30 p.m., enhanced fitness 1-2 p.m.
  • Friday: Having fun with clay 9:30 a.m., enhanced fitness 1-2 p.m., the world’s most popular board game! Go 2:30-4:30 p.m.

January 2: Pork green chili stew, pinto beans, calabacitas, tossed salad with dressing, tortilla, strawberry shortcake

January 3: Lemon pepper chicken, baked potato, winter blend vegetables, Caesar salad with dressing, whole wheat roll with margarine, baked apple slices

January 6: Pork chop with gravy, brown rice pilaf, steamed broccoli, garden salad with dressing, biscuit with margarine, fruit cocktail

January 7: Chicken and dumplings, mixed vegetables, green beans, tossed salad with dressing, fresh grapes

January 8: Baked ham, sweet potatoes, steamed cauliflower, tossed salad with dressing, whole wheat roll with margarine, apricots

January 9: Vegetable lasagna, zucchini and onions, Caesar salad with dressing, garlic toast, applesauce

January 10: Tuna salad sandwich, coleslaw, lettuce leaf and tomato slice, orange, cookie

January 13: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, Capri vegetables, garden salad with dressing, biscuit with margarine, pineapple chunks

January 14: Green chili cheeseburger, tater tots, steamed carrots, lettuce, tomato pickle onion, diced pears

January 15: Chicken cacciatore, wheat pasta, Italian vegetables, Caesar salad with dressing, garlic toast, baked apple slices

January 16: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy, mixed vegetables, tossed salad with dressing, biscuit with margarine, fruit cocktail

January 17: Baked chicken breast with brown rice, green beans, garden salad with dressing whole wheat roll with margarine, banana

January 21: Polish sausage, peppers and onions, potato wedges, garden salad with dressing, strawberries and bananas

January 22: Beef goulash with macaroni, steamed broccoli, garden salad with dressing, cornbread with margarine, fruited Jell-O

January 23: Bean and cheese burrito, Spanish rice, calabacitas, tossed salad with dressing, diced peaches

January 24: Hot roast beef sandwich, mashed potatoes and gravy, steamed carrots, mixed green salad with dressing, whole wheat roll with margarine, cantaloupe

January 27: Chicken fried steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, Capri vegetables, garden salad with dressing, biscuit with margarine, orange

January 28: Barbeque chicken thigh, rice, mixed vegetables, tossed salad with dressing, whole wheat roll with margarine, tropical fruit cocktail

January 29: Sloppy Joe with bun, tater tots, steamed cauliflower, garden salad with dressing, banana

January 30: Beef stew, stew vegetables with potato, tossed salad with dressing, cornbread with margarine, honeydew, cookie

January 31: Hawaiian pork with rice, tossed salad with dressing, French cut green beans, whole wheat roll with margarine, fresh grapes

• 2% milk served with each meal. Canned fruit in light syrup. Menu subject to change.

• This menu applies to all Sandoval County senior centers, except Meadowlark Senior Center in Rio Rancho.
