  • Monday: Yoga 9:45 a.m., duplicate bridge 1-4:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday: Painting class 9:30-11:30 a.m., enhanced fitness 1-2 p.m., bridge lessons 2:30-to 4:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday: Project Linus blanket making 10 a.m., cards 1 p.m., Tai Chi 3:30 p.m.
  • Thursday: Yoga 9:30-11 a.m., beading class 1-4:30 p.m., enhanced fitness 1-2 p.m., go classes 1 p.m.
  • Friday: Having fun with clay 9:30 a.m., enhanced fitness 1-2 p.m.

  • January 1: All centers closed. Happy New Year!
  • January 2: Barbequed chicken, parslied potatoes, winter blend vegetables, spinach salad with dressing, whole wheat roll with margarine, baked apple slices
  • January 5: Pork chop with gravy, brown rice pilaf, steamed broccoli, garden salad with dressing, biscuit with margarine, fruit cocktail
  • January 6: Green chile chicken stew with potatoes, steamed carrots with onions, tossed salad with dressing, flour tortilla, fruited jell-O
  • January 7: Beef goulash with macaroni, steamed cauliflower, mixed green salad with dressing, cornbread with margarine, peaches
  • January 8: Hawaiian pork with rice, oriental vegetables, mixed green salad with dressing, sweet bread roll with margarine, mandarin orange slices
  • January 9: Fettuccini Alfredo with chicken, Italian green beans, Caesar salad with dressing, garlic toast, applesauce
  • January 12: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, garden salad with dressing, biscuit with margarine, pineapple chunks
  • January 13: Chicken cacciatore with pasta, Italian vegetables, spring mixed salad with dressing, garlic toast, apple crisp
  • January 14: Green chile cheeseburger, steak fries, steamed carrots, lettuce, tomato, pickle and onion, pears
  • January 15: Baked chicken breast with brown rice, green beans, garden salad with dressing whole wheat roll with margarine, banana
  • January 16: Lemon pepper tilapia, brown rice, Italian vegetables, coleslaw, soda bread with margarine, fruit cocktail
  • January 19: All centers closed. Martin Luther King Day.
  • January 20: Spaghetti with meatballs, Italian vegetables, spinach salad with dressing, garlic toast, peaches
  • January 21: Tamale pie, Spanish rice, zucchini and onions, garden salad with dressing, banana, cookie
  • January 22: Baked ham, parslied potatoes, steamed cauliflower, tossed salad with dressing, whole wheat roll with margarine, apricots
  • January 23: Hot roast beef sandwich, mashed potatoes and gravy steamed carrots, mixed green salad with dressing, cantaloupe
  • January 26: Chicken fried steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, Capri vegetables, garden salad with dressing, biscuit with margarine, orange
  • January 27: Chicken fajitas with flour tortilla, pinto beans, zucchini and onions, shredded lettuce with tomatoes, banana
  • January 28: Beef stew, stew vegetables with potato, tossed salad with dressing, cornbread with margarine, honeydew melon, cookie
  • January 29: Polish sausage, potato wedges, peppers and onions, garden salad with dressing, strawberries and bananas January 30: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy, Brussels sprouts, tossed salad with dressing, biscuit with margarine, fruit cocktail
  • 2% milk served with each meal. Canned fruit in light syrup. Menu subject to change.
  • This menu applies to all Sandoval County senior centers, except Meadowlark Senior Center in Rio Rancho.
