  • Wednesday: Project Linus blanket making 10 a.m., cards 1 p.m.
  • Thursday: Yoga 9:30-11 a.m., beading class 1-4:30 p.m., enhanced fitness 1-2 p.m.
  • Friday: Aquatics 8 a.m., having fun with clay 9:30 a.m., enhanced fitness 1-2 p.m.

June 2: Sloppy Joe with bun, potato wedges, steamed carrots, garden salad with dressing, orange

June 3: Orange chicken salad sandwich, coleslaw, lettuce leaf with tomato slice, fruit cocktail, cottage cheese

June 4: Red chile beef and cheese enchilada, Spanish rice, zucchini and onions, garden salad with dressing, fresh melon, peanut butter cookie

June 5: Spaghetti with marinara sauce, Capri vegetables, spring mixed salad with dressing, garlic toast, sliced peaches

June 6: Oven fried chicken breast, mashed potato with gravy, beet and onion salad, green beans, whole wheat roll with margarine, fresh mixed berries

June 9: Swiss steak, scalloped potatoes, steamed cauliflower, whole wheat roll with margarine, banana

June 10: Pork chop with gravy, roasted red potatoes, steamed fresh squash, spinach salad with dressing, whole wheat roll with margarine, applesauce

June 11: Frito pie, pinto beans, zucchini and onions, shredded lettuce, with tomato, flour tortilla, banana

June 12: Chicken paprika, scalloped potatoes, lima beans, mixed green salad with dressing, apricots

June 13: Chili cheese dog with bun, potato wedges, mixed veggies, coleslaw, fresh melon

June 16: Chicken fried steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli, garden salad with dressing, biscuit with margarine, fresh plum

June 17: Green chile chicken enchilada, Spanish rice, zucchini and onions, shredded lettuce with tomato, tropical fruit salad

June 18: Beef tips with gravy over rice, Brussels sprouts, garden salad with dressing, whole wheat roll with margarine, fresh cantaloupe, cookie

June 19: Vegetarian lasagna with spinach and Alfredo sauce, Italian vegetables, Caesar salad with dressing, garlic toast, fruit cocktail

June 20: Roast beef with gravy, baked potato, steamed carrots, mixed green salad with dressing, whole wheat roll with margarine, baked apples

June 23: Salisbury steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, steamed cabbage, mixed green salad with dressing, whole wheat roll with margarine, sliced peaches

June 24: Chicken parmesan with pasta, Italian vegetables, Caesar salad with dressing, garlic toast, fresh grapes

June 25: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy, steamed cauliflower, mixed green salad with dressing, biscuit with margarine, orange

June 26: Barbequed pork sandwich, red potato wedges, steamed carrots, tossed salad with dressing, fresh watermelon

June 27: Lemon pepper tilapia, brown rice pilaf, Italian vegetables, coleslaw, whole wheat roll with margarine, banana

June 30: Chicken strip with honey mustard, tater tots, green beans, cucumber and tomato salad, fruit cocktail

• 2% milk served with each meal. Canned fruit in light syrup. Menu subject to change.

• This menu applies to all Sandoval County senior centers, except Meadowlark Senior Center in Rio Rancho.
