  • Monday: Aquatics in Rio Rancho 8-11 a.m., yoga 10:15 a.m., duplicate bridge 1-4:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday: Painting class 9:30-11:30 a.m., knitting group 10 a.m., enhanced fitness 1-2 p.m.
  • Wednesday: Project Linus blanket making 10 a.m., cards 1 p.m., duplicate bridge 1-4:30 p.m.
  • Thursday: Yoga 9:30-11 a.m., beading class 1-4:30 p.m., enhanced fitness 1-2 p.m.

March 14: St. Patricks’ Day luncheon and potluck 11:30 a.m.

March 15: Basic knife techniques 10-11 a.m. Chef Diane is a professional culinary school graduate specializing in culinary education, culinary demonstrations and in-home special events. Join her for a fun culinary experience. Learn to safely use your knives as you learn classic cuts that can be used to create nutritious and appealing dishes.

March 18: Hair cuts by appointment 9:30 a.m.-3 p.m.

March 19: Healthy aging 12:15 p.m., prize bingo 1:15 p.m.

March 20: Project Linus fun day 9:30 a.m.

March 21: Health checks 11 a.m.-12 p.m., beading field trip 9:30 a.m.-3 p.m.

March 7: Shepherd’s pie with mashed potatoes, green beans, garden salad with dressing, whole wheat roll with margarine, mandarin oranges

March 8: Baked fish, rice pilaf, Caribbean vegetables, coleslaw, biscuit with margarine, fruit cocktail

March 11: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, Brussels sprouts, garden salad with dressing whole wheat roll with margarine, apricots

March 12: Turkey tetrazzini, spaghetti noodles, broccoli, Caesar salad with dressing, garlic toast, banana

March 13: Frito pie, pinto beans, spinach, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, baked apple slices

March 14: Irish corn beef and cabbage, baked potato, tossed salad with dressing, soda bread with margarine, diced pears

March 15: Bean and cheese burrito with salsa, corn, zucchini with onions, spinach salad with dressing, cookie, applesauce

March 18: Chicken strips with honey mustard sauce, potato wedges with ketchup, Monte Carlo vegetables, tossed salad with dressing, Biscuit with margarine, banana
