  • Monday: Aquatics 8 a.m. yoga 10 a.m., duplicate bridge 1-4:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday: Painting class 9:30-11:30 a.m., enhanced fitness 1-2 p.m., bridge lessons 2:30-4:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday: Project Linus blanket making 10 a.m., cards 1 p.m.
  • Thursday: Yoga 9:30-11 a.m., beading class 1-4:30 p.m., enhanced fitness 1-2 p.m.
  • Friday: Aquatics 8 a.mm, having fun with clay 9:30 a.m., enhanced fitness 1-2 p.m.

March 13: Santa Fe Rail Runner-shopping and

lunch, depart Placitas Center 9:30 a.m.

March 14: Trip to the Gem & Mineral Jewelry Expo 9:30 a.m., St. Patrick’s Day lunch 11:30 a.m.

March 17: Hair by appointment

March 18: Healthy aging with Adele 12:15 p.m.

March 19: Basic clay hand building class 1 p.m.

March 20: Health Checks 11:00 a.m.

March 21:Having fun with Clay 9:30 a.m., Balance & Fall prevention 10 a.m. given by a Physical Therapist to focus on education on your fall risk, provide individual pre and post testing using identified fall prevention screening to assess your improvements, 1hr. Exercise program specifically designed to improve balance and reaction times. If you are interested please call to reserve your space. Space will be limited.

March 24: Exploring yourself—Sand play with Valerie Tomberlin 12:30 p.m., Sand play—most of us are unaware of our subconscious minds. We are far too busy dealing with the day to day tasks of our busy lives. This workshop gives us a chance to create, in sand, what lies beneath the self that we present to our publics.

March 25: Bingo 1 p.m.

March 26: Balance & Fall Prevention 1 p.m.

March 27: Birthday Social 11:30 a.m.

March 28: Balance & Fall Prevention 10 a.m.

March 31: Jemez Bath House depart 9:30 a.m.

March 4: Pork chop with gravy, scalloped potatoes, French cut green beans, mixed green salad with dressing, whole wheat roll with margarine, grapes

March 5: Red chile bean-and-cheese burrito, Spanish rice, zucchini and onions, shredded lettuce, tomato, pears

March 6: Lemon pepper chicken, baked potato, winter vegetables, spring mixed salad with dressing, whole wheat roll with margarine, fruit cocktail

March 7: Egg salad sandwich, three bean salad, lettuce leaf and tomato slice, orange, cookie

March 10: Chicken patty sandwich, tater tots, green beans, tomato slice, diced peaches

March 11: Hawaiian pork, steamed brown rice, spinach salad with dressing, oriental vegetables, whole wheat roll with margarine, apple cobbler

March 12: Chicken pot pie with mixed vegetables, steamed spinach, garden salad with dressing, whole wheat roll with margarine, apricots

March 13: Carne adovada, pinto beans, zucchini and onion, mixed green salad with dressing, flour tortilla, diced pears

March 14: Fettuccini Alfredo, Italian vegetables, garlic toast, Caesar salad with dressing, tropical fruit cocktail

March 17: Corned beef and cabbage, steamed carrots, boiled potatoes, soda bread with margarine, diced peaches, cookie

March 18: Beef goulash with macaroni, steamed broccoli, garden salad with dressing, cornbread with margarine, fruited Jell-O

March 19: Chicken soft taco with salsa, Spanish rice, steamed cauliflower, shredded lettuce, diced tomato, pineapple chunks

March 20: Frito pie, pinto beans, zucchini and onion, shredded lettuce, tomato, flour tortilla, cantaloupe

March 21: Vegetable lasagna, Italian vegetables, Caesar salad with dressing, garlic toast, banana

March 24: Chicken fried steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, cauliflower, mixed green salad with dressing, biscuit with margarine, applesauce

March 25: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy, mixed green salad with dressing, mixed vegetables, biscuit with margarine, grapes

March 26: Green chile chicken enchilada, Spanish rice, zucchini and onion, garden salad with dressing, diced peaches

March 27: Beef stew, stew vegetables with potato, tossed salad with dressing, cornbread with margarine, honeydew, cookie

March 28: Lemon pepper tilapia, steamed broccoli, coleslaw, brown rice, whole wheat roll with margarine, orange

March 31: Salisbury steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, garden salad with dressing, whole wheat roll with margarine, baked apples

• 2% milk served with each meal. Canned fruit in light syrup. Menu subject to change.

• This menu applies to all Sandoval County senior centers, except Meadowlark Senior Center in Rio Rancho.
