Upcoming classes:

Balancing Acts: Reducing your fall risk. Free Fall Prevention lecture and classes. Presentation: Sunday, March 19, at 9:00 a.m., held at Las Placitas Presbyterian Church. Weekly classes begin on April 3, at 1:30 p.m., and run weekly for three-to-six months—pre- and post-testing included. These classes will be held at the Placitas Community/Senior Center. Zumba Gold Classes will start up on April 6 (time will be determined at a later date). If you are interested in either class, call to sign up as soon as possible as there is limited space. You may call the center at 867-1396.

Low-fat milk served with each meal. Suggested donation for lunch is two dollars for seniors; non-seniors may purchase a meal for six dollars. Menu subject to change.

This menu is for all Sandoval County senior centers.
