  • Monday: duplicate Bridge 1-4:30 p.m., Yoga 10:15 a.m
  • Tuesday: Painting class 9:30-11:30 a.m., Zumba fitness 3 p.m.
  • Wednesday: Project Linus blanket baking 10am, Cards 1 p.m.
  • Thursday: Yoga 9:30-11 a.m., Beading class 1-4:30 p.m., Zumba fitness 3 p.m. Friday: Aquatics in Rio Rancho 9:10-11:45 a.m.

November 1: Orange chicken salad, carrot sticks, lettuce leaf, tomato wedges, crackers, fruit salad

November 2: Chicken breast on a whole wheat bun, carrot and raisin, lettuce leaf, tomato slice, watermelon

November 3: Turkey sandwich on a whole wheat bun, tossed salad with dressing, applesauce, cookie

November 4: Pork chop, scalloped potatoes, cauliflower, spinach salad with dressing, whole wheat roll with margarine, peaches

November 7: Baked chicken breast, Brussel sprouts, garden salad with dressing, whole wheat roll with margarine, baked apple slices

November 8: Vegetable beef stew, garden salad with dressing, crackers, cookie, orange

November 9: Carne Adovada, pinto beans, zucchini and onions, garden salad with dressing, tortilla, tropical fruit

November 10: Vegetable lasagna, Italian vegetables, Caesar salad with dressing, garlic toast, diced pears

November 11: Veterans Day—all centers closed.

November 14: Turkey tetrazzini, winter vegetables, garden salad with dressing, whole wheat roll with margarine, Mandarin oranges

November 15: Green chili chicken enchiladas, pinto beans, zucchini, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, pineapple

November 16: Beef stroganoff with beef tips, steamed carrots, Caesar salad with dresssing, whole wheat roll with margarine, mixed fruit

November 17: Thanksgiving dinner, turkey and dressing, mashed potatoes with gravy, cranberry salad, french cut green beans, whole wheat roll with margarine, pumpkin dessert with topping

November 18: Hard shell taco with salsa, corn, cucumber salad with dressing, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, grapes, cookie

November 21: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, peas with pearl onions, tossed salad with dressing, biscuit with margarine, banana

November 22: Baked ham, sweet potatoes, broccoli, garden salad with dressing, whole wheat roll with margarine, pineapple chunks

November 23: Spaghetti with meat sauce, Italian vegetables, Caesar Salad with dressing, garlic toast, diced peaches

November 24: Thanksgiving—all centers closed.

November 28: Parmesan chicken, spaghetti noodles, California vegetables, Caesar salad with dressing, whole wheat roll with margarine, fruit and Jell-O

November 29: Red chili cheese enchiladas, chuckwagon vegetables, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cucumber salad with dressing, fruit salad

November 30: Meat loaf with gravy, mashed potatoes, French cut green beans, tossed salad with dressing, garlic toast, diced pears.
