  • Monday: Aquatics 8:10 a.m., yoga 10 a.m. duplicate bridge 1-4:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday: Painting class 9:30-11:30 a.m., knitting group 10 a.m., enhanced fitness 1-2 p.m., the world’s most popular board game! Go 2:30-4:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday: Project Linus blanket making 10 a.m., cards 1 p.m.
  • Thursday: Yoga 9:30-11 a.m., beading class 1-4:30 p.m., enhanced fitness 1-2 p.m.
  • Friday: Aquatics 8:10 a.m., having fun with clay 9:30 a.m., enhanced fitness 1-2 p.m.

October 4:  Outlet mall and Goodwill in Santa Fe 9:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m., Chinese herbalist 10 a.m.-12 p.m.

October 7: Hair cuts by appointment only, happy hour luau luncheon 12-1:30 p.m.

October 8: Computer classes 9:30-11 a.m.

October 10: ABQ Bio Park (Zoo) trip 9:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

October 14: Open workshop enameling

October 15: Computer classes 9:30-11 a.m., bingo 1:15 p.m.

October 16: Center closed due to all senior program staff training

October 17: Free health check by Placitas Volunteer Fire Department 11 a.m.-12 p.m.

October 18: Center closing at 1:15 p.m.

October 21: Hair cuts by appointment only

October 22: Flu shots 8:30-10:30 a.m.; Computer classes 9:30-11 a.m.

October 24: Birthday social 11:30 a.m.

October 25: Car show 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

October 28: Pumpkin carving activity 12:30 p.m.

October 29: Computer classes 9:30-11 a.m., balloon museum 12:30-4 p.m.

October 21: Halloween party 12-2 p.m.

October 1: Swiss steak, browns rice, Capri vegetables, tossed salad, whole wheat roll, diced peaches

October 2: Chicken fettuccine Alfredo, steamed broccoli, garden salad with dressing, garlic toast, orange

October 3: Shepherd’s pie, mashed potatoes, California blend vegetables, spinach salad with dressing, biscuit with margarine, banana

October 4: Tuna salad sandwich, coleslaw, lettuce leaf and tomato slice, diced pears, cookie

October 7: Teriyaki chicken thigh, rice pilaf, steamed carrot, tossed salad with dressing, whole wheat roll with margarine, pineapple chunks

October 8: Pork chop with gravy, mashed potatoes, mixed steamed vegetables, garden salad with dressing, biscuit with margarine, diced pears

October 9: Green chile enchilada, pinto beans, zucchini and onions, shredded lettuce and tomato, watermelon

October 10: Spaghetti with meatballs, green beans, Caesar salad with dressing garlic toast, baked apple slices

October 11: Chicken strips with honey mustard, tater tots, steamed cauliflower, spinach salad with dressing, pineapple chunks

October 14: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, steamed broccoli, tossed salad with dressing, biscuit with margarine, diced peaches

October 15: Frito pie with cheese, pinto beans, chuck wagon corn, shredded lettuce, diced tomato, fresh grapes

October 16:  Meadowlark open, all other centers closed. Turkey and cheese sandwich, lettuce leaf and sliced tomato, coleslaw, orange.

October 17: Hawaiian pork with white rice, Brussels sprouts, tossed salad with dressing, whole wheat roll with margarine, fruit cocktail

October 18: Orange chicken salad, carrot and raisin salad, lettuce leaf and sliced tomato, banana, cookie

October 21: Polish sausage, peppers and onions, beef salad with onions, roasted potatoes, diced pears

October 22: Barbecued chicken breast, steamed rice, California blend vegetables, tossed salad with dressing, whole wheat roll with margarine, stewed prunes

October 23: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, steamed mixed vegetables, garden salad with dressing, biscuit with margarine, cantaloupe

October 24: Smothered bean and cheese burrito with red chile, corn, zucchini, garden salad with dressing, diced peaches

October 25: Lemon pepper tilapia, steamed rice, Caribbean vegetables, coleslaw, biscuit with margarine, fresh grapes

October 28: Barbecued pork sandwich, tater tots, French cut green beans, lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, hamburger bun, fruit cocktail

October 30: Green chile chicken soft taco, pinto beans, zucchini and onions, shredded lettuce and tomato, banana
