COMMENTS : I believe there should be mandatory water rationing for two groups of people. 1) For Placitas area realtors - they should be rationed one canteen full of water a month - and the water should be tainted with a combination of Cryptococcus infirmo-minatus and Staphylococcus aureus strain D. 2) For musicians - they should be alloted one tanker full of water each morning

That will require any new users / uses to ask those who are already using water to share rather than depleting our reserves further. Sharing will require giving something more than what the market will bear or we will all be losers.
